Pre-Release Offender Preparation and Preventive Correction

Pre-release offender preparation and preventive correction serve crucial importance to prisoners. First, it builds a positive emotional and social development of the prisoner, which makes an individual, be compatible with society. It reduces the chances of revenger on the part of the inmate. Secondly, the process provides an opportunity to impart job skills to the inmate. Inmates receive training on job skills that would enable them to cater for themselves when they rejoin society. Thirdly, it prepares individuals from engaging in drug abuse ( Parry & Richardson, 2013) . Ex-prisoners always suffer from mental torture that could lead them to drug abuse. Next, the process helps in personal identification. It enables individuals to appreciate themselves as they rejoin society. There is an increasing number of women in prison. Women join prisons in more vulnerable circumstances than men. First, women are likely to develop mental conditions while in prison. They develop schizophrenia, major depression, and bipolar disorder. Secondly, women are more likely to experience sexual assault from prison staff and fellow inmates. Most jail environments do not have system designs that accommodate women ( Parry & Richardson, 2013) . Consequently, women come out of such facilities traumatized. The women leave jail with reduced prospects of behavioral health recovery. Most women in jail have children that depend on them. The increased population of women in prison translates to the increased social problems in households. As technological dynamics advance, terrorists also advance their tactics. Terrorists use the internet to mobilize themselves. Through the internet, they can easily access vulnerable individuals. They use the internet to communicate and plan attacks ( Parry & Richardson, 2013) . Terrorists hack systems to access information that they use for their ill motives. They make use of malware to invade the privacy of target systems that they intend to attack. Thirdly, terrorists use encrypted messengers to mobilize themselves. The encrypted messengers make it difficult for law enforcement to notice and disrupt their communications.
