Marketing entails the management of relationships exchange between a company and the public, which can be done through advertisement to attract customers. Advertising is essential in improving the brand as it optimizes marketing to increase the results of increased output and increased returns. Advertisements are to be aligned to meet the needs of the market, as it is the foundation for efforts to grow. The advertisements put out by the coca cola company go a long way in attracting their different customer base in different seasons as illustrated in the table.

2. What product/service is offered in the commercial?  This commercial offers the Coca-Cola soda brand which is a product line in the Coca-Cola company  This commercial is about the Coca-Cola soda line. 
3. What message does the commercial send to the audience?  This commercial provides Coca-Cola in a Christmas environment to make everyone feel the Christmas mood of the season as the product puts a smile on the face of everyone who is busy doing his or her job.  This commercial is about a humble father teaching his daughter how to drive as she attempts but fails, however after she sips the Coca-Cola she manages to drive along depicting a picture of change has a taste of Coca-Cola.

The advertisement targets the public as it is constituted by those are performing their duties and the kid who is about 15 years of age, who sneaks the Coca-Cola sodas to them. It is meant to motivate those who perform their duties by offering them a thank you note.  The advertisement general target is the Arabic nation and community who are old enough to drive and their parents, for instance, parents in their fifties and children in their early twenties in the middle east region. The advertisement provides interests of determination among the young to learn driving as it was a game changer as the taste precipitated change.

The advertisement is targeting the parents and the working population as it spreads the Christmas mood across all of them in their workstations. The target market like the product as they smile when they see the beverage bottle of Coca-Cola, which shifts their attention to the festive season mood. Coca-Cola takes into consideration the targets market interest of enjoying their Christmas season despite their working commitments. It provides a feeling of fulfillment to the ones who have worked hard as it a reward to them at the end of the day.  This advertisement targets the young population mostly in their early twenties, in the middle east region who are trying to learn new things. It depicts a motivation to change from being a learner to a professional as they learn driving after tasting Coca-Cola. 
6. What is the connection between the commercial’s message and the specific market segment?  The connection from the advertisement and the specific working class market is evident when Santa is offered a Coca-Cola soda with a thank you note after his duties. The person in the kitchen seemingly moody from the chore she is performing is offered a soda, which puts a smile on her face. The relationship between work pressure and stress, which is seemingly forgotten after they are offered a soda, is eminent in the working class, as they need something to cheer them up.  There is a direct link between the message in the advertisement and the target market as the young adults try out new things to make changes in their daily lives. It is exactly what the Coca-Cola drink, does to motivate the young person to drive like a professional. It is because she knows the feeling of change. 
7. Prior to producing the commercial, how would utilizing a marketing research method(s) contribute to reaching the intended audience?  Market research methods are important before making commercials. Research should be done to ascertain the target group, and how to reach them in a better manner. In this particular commercial interviewing individual people to ascertain their needs is essential, as it focuses on a wider variety of working population and different races that go through different situations in their working stations.  Before the design of this advertisement the company should, make observations on their marketing research to better their reach to the specific targets. They are to observe the activities the young adults engage in to highlight them and attract them to the commercial.
