The distinctive attributes of individuals correlate to how society perceives a person in terms of its transformation over time. There are moments that change and shape people, and have a significant impact on their development and choices they make while living. Every person in society can probably point out some of the crucible moments in their life, whether positive or negative (Palmer, 2009). However, people may not recognize them as such when they are taking place, but their consequences grow over time and impact their lives later. Mine was growing up in a Christian family with a strict and religious dad. The kind of relationship I had with my dad made me a quiet kid but very sneaky. On the contrary, my mum was not strict, which made me develop a humble character amongst my friends. When I was in my first year at the college, I joined a multicultural sorority which enabled me to become more diverse and expanding my networking skills that are essential in a healthcare system (Miller, 2007).

The word of encouragement from my sister helped acquire new skills such as time management, public speaking, and learning Spanish. The inspiration from my sister also motivated me in brushing up my interpersonal skills. Similarly, joining a sorority brought me closer to new friends, among them amazing women who supported and helped me do my things excellently. My aspirations were getting a Bachelors degree and get a financial service representative position at the hospital where I will help patients, and later get a promotion to a team lead manager post. In thirty years, I would want to be an appreciative and enjoyable wife and mother who can help children go through their stages of life. I also want to be a role model to my children while using my brother, Warren, as an example, as he was like my keeper during our childhood. Warren was the golden child who always watched over me and did whatever it takes to protect me. Though Warren had crazy ideas and also rebellious, my younger brother influenced me a lot. For instance, he motivated me to get tattoos and encouraged my other childhood decisions and activities. Besides, Warren made me learn that things are always better when people share.

During my funeral, I believe people would utter that I was easy going and always went above and beyond in meeting the needs of others. I also hope they would mention how I was adaptable for being capable of fitting a particular circumstance, affectionate, having affection or warmth. They would also comment that I continually broaden my horizons with bold decisions and being a patriot. Similarly, they would say that I could relate to people from all walks of life. I was an empathetic person who valued character over pedigree and non-cynic. I always looked for the good in each person (Ho et al., 2014). Finally, my contribution to the world would be impacting the trajectory of a healthcare system in providing quality care and treatments to patients. My interested was based on the care of patients well being regardless of their financial status. On the contrary, my generation would also be in the field as successful doctors who would make a significant positive impact on the community by making their parent very proud. I taught my kids what it means to be an excellent parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent by being firm to my principles and supportive qualities that are essential in the field of healthcare (Bleich, 2015). I also encouraged and comforted my colleagues, family members, and society through fostering teamwork using my grandmother's lessons.
