Public health education is crucial because it ensures the well-being of the population is improved in preventing diseases, environmental hazards, and reducing the danger of communicable and non-communicable ailments. In addition, it promotes the health standards in ensuring quality health services are not only accessible but also reliable and competent. Global Public Health is in the frontline in supporting the communities and health workers in the fight against the spread of diseases throughout the world ( Roberts et al ., 2017).

My area of interest in public health is the global public health. Health issues are no longer local, but global brought about by globalized trade, education, commerce, and international travels. The health sector must work day and night on remedies on how to deal with these transmittable diseases because they are increasing every year and becoming a global pandemic ( Heymann & Shindo, 2020) . The Global Public Health is stressing on enhancing the health capacity to respond to these threats of infectious diseases. A comprehensive approach with the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) in ensuring real-time surveillance and reduction in the spread has been vital in managing these ailments.

To control spread of diseases globally, public health needs to reconsider strategies on how to deal with the ever-rising pandemics, for instance, the Corona Virus. Communities must be sensitized to understand the effects and impact of these diseases on their health, economy and general social interaction. Prioritizing public health is of great importance on how to respond to these pandemics and the possible solutions in the future in case they re-emerge. Countries globally must collaborate and collaborate by allocating more resources and developing Global Health Initiatives on improving health outcomes and curbing the spread. Furthermore, infectious diseases affect the global economy; hence; every aspect of economic and social life is brought to a standstill ( Doan, 2019) . Therefore, capacity should be built on ways of preventing, detecting, responding, and treating these infectious diseases.

In conclusion, Global Public Health is a good area of study as it focuses its efforts on how to contain emerging healthcare threats like diseases that are emerge almost every year. Moreover, to minimize the spread, all countries must share vital information to reduce the adverse effects such as increased deaths, closed schools, airports, straining economies, and the health sector.
