One specific Topic that was Discussed at the Meeting and an Explanation of the Committee Process
One of the topics that got the attention of those present at the meeting was the topic of global health and wellness. The current pandemic, for instance, has hit nearly every single country in the world ( Layne et al., 2020) . The coordination of information and resources is, therefore, key in battling and keeping the pandemic at bay ( Kickbusch& Leung, 2020) . The committee process on the issue of global health and wellness involved forming partnerships among various healthcare organizations around the world, sharing of information, developing healthcare systems, providing help to countries at most risk, taking advantage of technology, and working towards developing medications and vaccines. Putting the issue of the current pandemic aside, it was also discussed that a global perspective be considered going forwards, as far as healthcare is concerned. A well-coordinated, universal, and mobile global healthcare could be the solution for preventing dangerous diseases and outbreaks, and ensuring global wellness ( SesagiriRaamkumar et al., 2018) .
Analysis of Key Stakeholder Positions Related to the Topic Discussed
Many speakers at the convention dueled on the topic of global health and wellness, making it one of the hottest issues in health care today. The committee laid down the necessary items for a global health wellness initiative, pointing out some of the major stakeholder positions that will be required to implement such an initiative. Governments were identified as the primary stakeholder positions, given that their input and cooperation are necessary to implement global initiatives. Also, governments may consider implementing universal healthcare systems to allow everyone to access and receive care at affordable costs ( Petersen et al., 2019; David & Le Dévédec, 2019) . Various international healthcare organizations would also play roles in delegating and ensuring the proper development and delivery of care throughout the world. At the healthcare level, providers would be able to share and receive healthcare information from various other healthcare organizations across the globe.
Key Interactions that Occurred at the Meeting
The convention, as noted above, provide a great environment and opportunity for professionals in various fields in health, and those connected to healthcare, to interact and share knowledge on the various issues in health care. On a personal level, I got to interact with some of the greatest personalities such as Kathleen Hearth, Nationwide’s Associate Vice President, Heather Cox of Humana, and Congressman Seth Moulton. From such interactions, and with such personalities, one realized just how much healthcare was an important issue and how its development is a critical requirement in current and future times. In a swarm of more than one thousand and two hundred professionals, one was sure to gain a lot of valuable knowledge just by interacting.
Outcomes of the Meeting, Including the Specific Topic Focus
The meeting laid out some of the strategies for transforming healthcare and resolving critical health issues in healthcare. Continued integration of technology in healthcare and coordination of healthcare providers, for instance, was highly recommended. On the topic of global health and wellness, a proper plan involving various stakeholders such as governments and international healthcare organizations was drawn. More than anything else, the Seventeenth Annual World Health Care Congress emphasized the importance of transforming healthcare to a global initiative, where serious health issues can be tackled at a global level to ensure wellness throughout the population. It was agreed that such perspectives were necessary, and proposals were directed at the world health organization and other international organizations to get the plan implemented.
