Latinos are people from South America, Central America, Cuban and Mexican. Puerto Rican may also refer to another Spanish culture. Latinos did not go to America so as to beg or threaten but to participate. Though they faced many problems, Latinos came to US for the sake of a healthier lifestyle, Greater chances and also for safety purposes ( Padilla, 1985 ).
