The chosen virtues to be practiced are random acts of kindness as well as goodness as recorded in Galatians 5:22 ( The Holy Bible , 1986) . There are various reasons for choosing the virtues in question. Firstly, the contemporary world is filled with rage, cases of animal cruelty, sexual abuse, hunger, poverty, and several harsh aspects of life. Furthermore, capitalism has made individuals live by the notion that every individual for themselves and God for everyone (Honig, 2015) . This notion is exemplified in the various videos that go viral today. Most of the videos are usually taken when an individual is facing life-threatening danger. The first instinct of individuals today is to take a picture or a video of the situation instead of providing a helping hand. Therefore, I feel obliged and convinced that the world is seriously in need of acts of kindness and goodness.
I dedicated a week to provide a meal every day for a homeless person. The experience was fascinating the smile on the faces of the individuals I gave food to during that week rejuvenated my spirit. Helping out with as little as providing a meal for a hungry homeless person each day made me realize the impact that little acts of kindness and goodness would do on the world. I may not explain how, but throughout the said week, I felt light-hearted and happy all the time. In case each individual could help at least a single homeless person with a single meal, we would change the world. People's perception towards others would change significantly and God's name would be glorified through everyone's acts of goodness and kindness (Rimmer, 2018) . Importantly, the experience was elevating and led me to decide that henceforth, I would do my best to feed a homeless person at least once a week.
