This paper will discuss several points regarding how to identify forces of change and their impact which will encompass examples of both internal and external forces affecting any of my current or prior work experience.
External forces
The first external force is the country’s economy that has positively affected my current work experience. The improved economy has availed more resources to the organization that have made operations to be easier and more efficient for workers (Foss et al., 2013). The second external force is government regulations that implicate strict working conditions. The numerous requirements instituted by the government in quality control have caused significant increase in innovation within the workplace in a bid to meet the given requirements. The third external factor is stiff competition from rival companies. Although the company I work for has a good reputation, others have come up forcing us to develop better marketing strategies as a means of maintaining our competitive edge.

Internal forces
The first internal force is the management structure that has enabled room for consultation through use of both top to bottom and bottom to top approaches in addressing concerns in the organization (Harper, 2015). The second internal force is the working conditions at the work place. The favorable nature of the conditions has enabled my productivity to be at its peak. Similarly, the organization has also realized a significant increase in the volume of products and their sales. The third internal factor is training of employees. Notably, new employees are taken through a thorough process of training to acquaint them with all the mechanism in their chosen line of specialization. As a result, continuous production is ensured in the organization while increasing my competencies in my chosen area of specialization.
In conclusion, both internal and external factors influence the experience of workers in their work places. As discussed above, both the organization and the individuals are affected by the factors in more or less equal measure.
