Recruitment and selection is a human resource value-added process. It is the ability of an organization to be able to source new workers for improved quality and for the organization to continue operating. The recruitment process should be of quality because it is the key driver for the satisfaction of customers and managers. The primary goal is employing the best talent from the market as well as keeping the organization competitive (Guedes, 2015) . The HR is responsible for management of the whole procedure for an excellent performance of the hiring process to satisfy the needs of an organization. 

The organizational goal of the logistical services company is to set a new location in Calgary Alberta and Montreal Quebec and get a talent pool at low cost. These two areas are well known of high employee wages expectation. The company to be able to get a real talent with low cost, the HR should have good recruitment strategy, have a diverse source of hiring and good cooperation with universities and all the schools around to be able to source the employees from them at cheaper and great talent for the students have passion for work. The company should also use social media for recruitment so as to reach as many people as possible.

The logistics services company also want to recruit leaders of both locations at a good price. It can be achieved by the human resource manager eliminating duplication of job tasks and trying to consolidate duties together to be able to reduce the cost since the tasks would not be many when consolidated and work as much as possible to restructure the private workforce (Mellors-Bourne, Pearce, & Hooley, 2014) . Also, the job advertisement should be able to reach many people in the market so that it can attract as many applicants as possible to be able to choose the right candidate at a reasonable salary.
