For the past years, the hospital could not handle extreme cases, and it had to apply the patients to other hospitals. The project's objective is to ensure that the death rates have declined significantly and that the patients are receiving high-quality services. The project also entails recruiting and training for the new personnel as well as the existing health care practitioners. According to Dillon (2017), management will help in coordination for all the processes; the human resource department will provide all the need training while the financial manager analyses the budget to fit in the project requirements.
