Indeed, increased industrialization tends to increase the cost of oil as it is the main source of energy. Developing nations are, therefore, on the verge of experiencing the increased cost of oils as they look forward to industrializing. However, the measures put into promoting industrialization in developing countries as a means of promoting sustainable development are likely to offset the measures undertaken to cope with the energy-climate crisis. 

Developing nations are seeking to adopt renewable sources of energy in the process of industrialization. The sources of energy will include biogas, wind, and solar. The initiative will aid in reducing the wastage of energy. The notion behind saving on the energy used by industries will aid in reducing the number of waste products and maximizing on the raw materials. As a result, the by-product and emissions obtained from the industries are reduced, thus promoting a healthy and environmentally friendly means of production ( Hite & Seitz, 2016) . However, the quality and quantity of production are increased while the rate of consumption of oil remains constant in every processing phase. For this reason, the measure offset initiative set to cope with the problems on climate and energy that are affiliated with industrialization.

The concept of energy has overtime divided the developing and the developed nations with huge populations as the rate of production and consumption between the two differ. However, developed countries have attained quite sustainable levels of energy; thus, they rely on it for basic duties such as cleaning washing and ironing. As such, the strategies, such as the adoption of energy-saving mechanisms of executing these duties, have been adopted. Such include energy-saving cookers, washing manes as well as iron boxes ( Hite & Seitz, 2016) . Moreover, emphasis on the usage of renewable sources of energy has proven to be of significance to the developed economies with large populations.
