Nursing care must make use of the best Evidence-based practice whereby the most relevant and available evidence is incorporated to improve the patients’ outcomes. In incorporating EBP process in the nursing practice, the knowledge gaps must be properly identified and the rules of evidence must be applied to determine the validity of the study (Boswell & Cannon, 2018) . Establishing training and an education program is the most appropriate way of communicating the research and EBP projects to the nursing staff to achieve a full understanding of EBP and promote better health outcomes. Therefore, through this program, it is easy to advance the nursing professional via the development of knowledge, dissemination and applying the knowledge learned into practice.
Through strategic training and education, the audiences are able to understand that clinical issues can be addressed via distinct methods such as EBP, QI as well as research (Mick, 2015) . Ideally, the term research is used in describing the process of conducting an EBP project and is different from the term study. The application of effective communication in training and educating the audience about EBP helps in creating awareness of the steps that are involved in the incorporating EBP practice process. For instance, the audience and the nurses are taught on the strategies that they can use in integrating the evidence with individual’s clinical expertise, asking clinical guiding queries and evaluating the outcome of the EBP practice result (Harvey & Kitson, 2015) . Therefore, this form of intervention assists the audiences, staffs, patients, and families to engage with important stakeholders to advance, facilitate the adoption of the new intervention and ensure that all the new staffs receive ongoing training.
