Due to the significance of internet and communication technology, social media platforms and any other online channels like websites, blogs, journals, and government sites may be used to convey the results of the study and the recommendations. Importantly, online channels should be used since they are not only reliable but also very fast, cheaper and are not prone to any form of alteration as it may be experienced in other methods. Moreover, print media which includes magazines, books, and even memos should also be considered in the dissemination process. More importantly, the results should be free from interference (Norwegian National Committees for Research Ethics, 2016). Significantly, these methods should be collectively used to ensure that as many people as possible are reached. The same techniques used in sharing the results can also be used in advocating for its implementation.

If properly implemented, the results of the proposed study may affect nursing leadership in both positive and negative manner. Specifically, the administration will be in a better position to make informed decisions based on the evidence, and as a result, their juniors may feel motivated since their problems would be solved. Workers with high morale are vital in improving leadership skills, and, therefore, topmost managers will benefit a lot. On the other hand, the implementation of the report may require a lot of time and resources. Even though the process may be helpful to the leaders, they may have a difficult task in trying to source for the money.
