I am fascinated by your reference and conclusions from the scripture Luke 16:10-11, “he who is faithful with a little thing is also faithful in much. The interpretation elevates the need for accountability in establishing a trust for purposes of resource stewardship. I believe that the need for resource stewardship in business remains crucial in ensuring that firms are capable of prioritizing resource allocation and use. Effective use of resources then becomes central to the achievement of key objectives set out in the company schedule. Just like in business, the place of man in creation to attaining successful interrelations and in business to attaining balance in resource utilization are interconnected. Managers are therefore regarded as the trustworthy custodians of their firms’ resources; this is outlined in 1 Corinthians 4:2 that implores on managers to be steadfast and trustworthy. Accordingly, managers’ decision-making abilities are central to the attainment of a balanced business environment.

The understanding of service-centred attitude implores it on the managers to remain steadfast in their discharge of, among other things, their responsibilities in managing the business resource. The idea of responsibility in business resource stewardship offers sufficient grounds for leveraging on good and effective management in business. The worth of recruiting competent individuals to undertake managerial roles remains commensurate to success objectives of any company.
