Organizational change and implementation of ethics in organizations can prove to be a challenge. First, there should be an awareness creation in the incorporation process. I will ensure all the organization stakeholders and employees understand the role of ethics and the benefits it brings to institutions. After that, the second process will include developing ethical codes of standards that al the employees have to follow while they are in the organization. Having a common goal with moral standard pillars helps in boosting employee morale in the institution. Lastly, I will apply the transformational leadership style. In a transformational leadership style, employees will be part of the change process and their ideas incorporated to achieve the implementation of ethics in the organization. Transformational leadership will also facilitate effective monitoring and evaluation to ensure ethics are applied in the organization.
