As a person with aspirations, I have always wanted to realize my potential by fully developing my abilities and appreciation of life. I want to have a holistic realization of my abilities by manifesting through peak experiences. The video "How to Manifest What You Want" by Jim Carrey provides a pointer into achieving self-actualization. I have always wanted to be a Speech Therapist, and I believe that through visualization, seeing it myself, letting it go, and working towards it, I will have attained self-actualization. I will be in a position to write myself a "ten-million-dollar check."
Jim Carrey provides a four-phase process to self-actualization, which appears plausible for anybody to follow. First, since I want to become a Speech Therapist, I must perceive myself as one. One cannot achieve a fete without visualizing themselves fulfilling its mandate. I will continue imagining that I am a Speech, Therapists. Second, I must see myself becoming a Speech Therapist. Failure to realize what I want to become will be a stumbling block.

After visualizing, one must move to the next level of seeing it coming to fruition. Third, one should let their dream free because becoming obsessed with it will hinder one from achieving it. I must stop being infatuated with becoming a Speech Therapist and position myself outside of my aspirations. This will prepare me for the next stage of becoming self-actualized. Last, I will put effort into my intentions. I will invest time, energy, and resource to become a Speech Therapist.
However, just like Jim Carrey, I must write myself a “ten-million-dollar check." I am writing myself a “ten-million-dollar check” for services that I will render as a Speech Therapist. Regardless of the challenges that I will face, just like Jim Carrey, I will be consistent until I realize my self-actualization dreams as a Speech Therapist.
