The various limitations on racial segregation issue on education have been imposed upon the state action in line with the past act of Separate but Equal Doctrine. The attack on racial segregation of the American citizens has been extensively involved with the fourteenth amendment of the constitution getting referred widely. Plessey vs. Ferguson is one of the landmark cases on the racial segregation that led to various opinions emerging. The segregation was not possible because of some sensitive issues in the education profession that make the provision of separate but equal rights impossible. The desired social result may get brought about by the doctrine ‘Separate but equal'. The legal sanctions may get rendered unnecessary since the doctrine may be used as a practical method.
