The September 11 bombing of the world trade center and the pentagon is an exciting incident to analyze based on the various effects it caused. I wrote this article in this manner to reach the audience quickly and point out the multiple analogies. Arguably, I focused on facts like the attack that was precisely targeting the two most famous buildings in the world. Before seeing it as an attack on American soil, it’s important to point out the significance of the world trade center towers. Additionally, I emphasize how bare the attack displayed America, which prides itself as the most powerful nation.

Arguably, I started by pointing out what sectors were put at stake, which includes financial, political, and military areas. After this analogy, I pointed out its effect on world trade and its impact on America in global politics. Significantly, this attack was a well-organized attack meant to send a message that America was vulnerable and that America could be attacked at any moment by the enemy. The event holds a great significance even today as it defined the lines of the war between terrorists and the world rejuvenating anti-terrorism campaign ( Doran & Girard, 2008) .. The attack was planned and executed by terrorists and was claimed by Osama bin laden in 2004, confirming the involvement of al-Qaeda.

Essentially, the language is simple and to the point to ensure the reader understands in the least time. The style of communication is anecdotalism, which involves short and precise narrative to cure the curiosity of the reader. This style is as opposed to the hamburger account that requires the use of bureaucratese in the use of words like congress and jetliner ( Doran & Girard, 2008) . On the other hand, the rest of the reports give differing but in-depth details. For instance, the Pakistani newspaper brings in the suspicion of an American group.

On the other hand, the times suggests that the second plane was targeting the white house and not the pentagon. Arguably, the New York Times analyses the difference in time between the two attacks, which is similar to London times. The Washington Post, however, is more detailed and even tries to account for the number of people in the planes and the towers ( Doran & Girard, 2008) .

In conclusion, the le monde account briefly analyses the attacks in a short analogy but with a focus on the impact of the attacks. All the accounts offer various details and views on the offensive and who the attackers were. This agenda has been achieved through multiple language styles.
