Simon Sinek is an author, a consultant and a motivational speaker who has inspired and educated many people. He is a British-American who was born on 9th October 1973 in Wimbledon, London, in the United Kingdom. Simon is considered to be an unshakable optimist who is only known by many as a believer of a bright future. He says that we have to believe and build a bright future that he keeps talking about as a team (Sinek, 2014). He is the founder and visionary at the start with WHY which is the inspirational phrase that is meant to inspire people in doing what motivates them with the aim of changing the world for a better tomorrow.
Sinek is said to portray a simple but powerful way for inspirational leadership. His ideas, especially ‘the Golden Circle’ and the question of ‘WHY’ have taught us why some leaders and organizations can inspire where others cannot. In the golden circle, Sinek used examples like Apple, Martin Luther King and the Wright brothers to describe his view. His view on why the organizations and leaders are able to inspire is because of the open communication from them starting with the inner circle of why following the other circle of how and the outer one of what circle (Sinek, 2014). To support his point he gave an example of Apple who does everything by the belief of thinking differently. He considered that as an example of an inspirational message. In his video, he said that all the 3 cases base their businesses and ideas on the right people and the people who need what they do. They are also able to inspire because they are in the zone of doing business and interacting with the clients who have the same beliefs as them (Sinek, 2009). He also added that the three examples are able to do so because their messages reach the part of the right audience of the brain that controls the way they behave and act. Thus, connecting well with them because they are in the same category of beliefs. Sinek thinks that people follow such organizations and leaders not because they are forced or lack options, but they support them because they want to and the fact that their own convictions inspire them.

The most important lesson from the video and the golden circle from Sinek's discussion of Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers' success is that communication is the cornerstone of success. Effective communication means connecting and interacting with the right people who believe in what you believe, and not because they have to take commands (Sinek, 2009). It is also important to be strong and stand with what you believe in even if you have to stand alone like Martin Luther King until the people believe in you and make the change that you want to see.
I learned a precious lesson about how I should start thinking about my pursuit of innovations, particularly in the business sector. It is now evident that if as a business person or as an organization is capable of attracting those who share the same beliefs as them, then that means that such individuals/institutions are also capable of quickly connecting with innovators at any time (Nielsen, 2017). According to Sinek, this is referred to as the loyalty fusion of innovation. In relation to innovation, one also has to be confident about what they do and share it with the right people who have the same dreams and concerns. Business is an open field where one had to be creative and focused to achieve their dreams.
