Single System Practice Evaluation Presentation
My self-care Goal
My current goal is to ensure that I go to sleep by 9 pm so that I ensure I have enough rest which will then lead to increased productivity during the day. This goal is specific as I aim to ensure that I have well-planned days through proper time management. I will measure the success of my strategy by calculating my weekly achievements in terms of daily activities completed successfully. My goal is achievable as it requires the application of discipline and proper management of time. To ensure I stick to the schedule, I will set alarms that remind me when it is time to take my meals and also prepare for sleep. My goal is relevant because productivity is a key consideration at the workplace and hence the need to take all measures that will ensure that I remain productive. Sleeping at 9 pm is a realistic time to enable my body and mind achieve the needed relaxation which will help prevent burnout and inefficiency due to fatigue.
My Intervention Plan
My intervention plan to achieve my goal to always sleep at 9 pm is to have a reminder on the transition of every activity during the day to ensure by 9 pm I am ready for bed. I will use a daily evaluation to assess whether my reminder enables me to achieve my daily goals. These reminders will work as an intervention plan to ensure I maximally utilize the time allocated for various activities. The baseline measure to check whether my intervention is efficient is to analyze everyday achievements before retiring to bed. My intervention plan will entail scheduling the different activities in my day and setting deadlines for each activity. I will then assess my efficiency and progress every week to see whether I have improved in achieving more on a daily basis as time progresses and also assess my ability to maintain my routine over time. The reflection of my intervention will entail an analysis of whether the sleeping at 9pm goal has enabled me to improve my daily work efficiency and whether I have become more productive.

Report
The reason I chose this goal is because I want to have a system that helps me track my level of productivity and also allow me to live a healthy lifestyle of getting enough sleep. I realized that I had a major problem with fatigue that resulted from failing to have enough sleep. I always thought that working for longer hours and waking up earlier would increase my productivity. However, after experiencing burnouts I realized that enough rest is necessary for any proper functioning of the brain and the body. Therefore, I have set the goal to always sleep by 9 pm to ensure I have well-organized days. My intervention plan entails the use of reminders since I am not used to following a timetable and this is what I require to manage my time.
Since the implementation the strategy, my performance has significantly improved as I have learned to systematically program my mind to complete a particular task in a span of a given amount of time. Therefore, I end up completing as many tasks as I can handle in a day by avoiding any time wastage. I also realized that using a reminder has helped to improve my time management which was a major problem that I used to encounter. In the future, I would still use this intervention method but ensure I have a clear understanding of how much time I need to complete different tasks.
