Articulate the economic system (or the combination of the characteristics of both socialism and capitalism) that such laws depict. 

Socialism and d capitalism in the economic system differs with the expressive recurrent themed principles. In the united states, capitalism is regarded as a prime example capitalist country with an economic system which is privately governed and owned by the laws of the demand and supply without the government manacles. When the government tries to interfere with capitalism, the country becomes less productive, and there is the occurrence of recessions and financial crises ( Dierksmeier & Seele 2018). The governments can avoid interference with capitalism by limiting the production, regulating prices and imposing the rules on the business. In a socialist country, there is the drive of the business and personal financial gain supplant. Socialism is whereby the distribution, production and trade are regulated or owned by the government or the law. The planning in the economics is merged with the principles that guide the government. A business that is owned by the government would invoke an economy whereby no poor or rich people divide exist because the person would receive what they need

Examine the laws that either support or limit the operations of uber 

The responsibility of the government in the case of uber is balanced. The incumbent solutions that manifested them are typically favored by the laws ( Young 2018). One of the laws is the labor law which supports the operations of the uber. From the beginning, their business models depict the drivers as the independent contractors and not the employees. 

Analyze how the findings from your first and seconds’ tasks affect uber 

According to the first and second tasks, uber capitalizes on profits because it is a company that s economically driven and it is privately owned. Additionally, uber does not have costs of running a business. Uber also is not accountable to the regulated laws or labor laws this is because the regulations of the state do not know how to respond to the uber. 

Present your moral position with regard to uber and identify one of the three ethical theories 

Deontologist believes that ethics is a matter of responsibility. People have a duty to do what is right fail to do things that are not correct. If something is wrong or right it does not depend on its consequences but rather, an action is wrong or right inside it.
