Introduction

The sports industry is among the most extensive worldwide industries. Sports industry revenue estimates vary from almost $200 billion to around $3oo billion in America. The sports industry is ranks eleventh worldwide largest industry. The sports industry comprises multiple domain segments such as high school and college athletics and professional sports. Due to the existence of multiple domains, the sports industry leads to creating endless employment opportunities created by each domain segment. The sports industry contributes to increased innovations among individuals and other industries such as the fashion industry. For instance, fashion industries such as ADIDAS links particular interesting sporting activity to an engineering career such as design sports attire including shoes, sports jazzy, and sports exercising products such as Olympics bicycles and footballs. Each sporting domain consists of specific regulating bodies, rules, policies, governance, and other sports-related issues which contribute to effective performance. 

High school and college athletics

In America, the major college sports governing agencies comprise the (National Collegiate Athletic Association, NCAA.) NCAA ensures that college sports athletes' competition in America are safe, fair, conducted in sportsmanlike way, and observes equality. NCAA ensures smooth transitions of inter-college competitions into higher tertiary education to ensure that the students' education and sports experiences are well met. NCAA operates under three membership classifications divisions. Each division ensures that all America's colleges and high schools offer over 14 sports, mainly led by public institutions, which makes 66%, and private institutions by 34%. NCAA governs all fall, winter, and spring men and women sports ( Edelman & Karcher, 2020).

Additionally, America comprises the National Junior College Athletic Association, NJCAA, and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, NAIA.) Overall, NAIA, NCAA, and NJCAA govern America's junior College and high education level sports by maintaining athletes' sports and educational integrity. America's high school and College athletics sports are supported by other organizations supporting or sponsoring their athletics, such as the (USA rugby and the National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association, NCRHA) ( Hutchens, 2018). All private and public sporting agencies lead to effective governance of the high school and collegiate athletes. For instance, revenues received by the collegiate government agencies are used in respective colleges or high schools to improve the sporting programs. Besides, revenues generated by the sporting activities help to pay human resources responsible for supporting the high school and collegiate athletes. 

NCAA ensures that all rules and regulations in high school and college athletes are observed. For instance, NCAA prohibits parents or guardians arrangements of a student athletes' participation to receive financial benefits. The agency prohibits the coach from contacting the athlete or the athlete's parents outside campus premises. Besides, NCAA prohibits the coach or the sports athlete's staff from paying for the prospective athlete, the athlete's close friends, or family's transportation. NCAA prohibits secret recruitment of prospective athletes, which results in misuse of the athlete's ability or talent. NCAA only allows the prospective student-athletes to attend public events, college programs, establish a family relationship and use interested athletes in Newspaper headlines, especially high school and college athletes. 

Professional sports

The major professional sports league agencies include the (Major League Baseball, MLB, National Football League, NFL, National Basketball Association, NBA, and National Hockey League, NHL.) Both agencies provide international wealthy sports athletes clubs which work closely with the English Premier League, EPL. The four agencies, MLB, NHL, NBA, and NFL, make the top five sports worldwide revenues. Many athletes who become successful in the four agencies become a respected community icons in America and globally. The professional sports agencies own over thirty respected sports in America and Canada.

The professional sports agencies ensure that the prospective athletes play safely, correctly, and with fair practices. The majority of professional sports rules, policies, and regulations are monitored by respective sports governing bodies, ensuring the sporting activity observes national and international gaming laws depending on the type of sports' rules. Professional sporting rules mainly monitor the number of athletes and types. For instance, male athletes are not allowed to play female athletes' sports. Besides, the rules govern fair play and performance in terms of score determination and athletes' clothing. 

Additionally, professional sporting rules focus on athletes' safety. All athletes are restricted globally to avoid wearing jewelry during sporting actions. Besides, athletes need to wear the appropriate gaming footwear to protect themselves and other athletes from injuries (Jelsema, Jaskulka & Moeller 2020). Every sporting equipment is thoroughly checked to ensure the required protection and safety standards are met. For instance, athletes' gear, helmets, and automobiles are in safe conditions. Besides, the professional sports entities monitors' weather, gaming pitch, and roads to ensure safety measures for the athletes. All professional athletes are prohibited to use opioids which impacts the athletes normal playing ( Elliott, Kellison & Cianfrone, 2018). All professional athletes are protected by international sports governance agencies to prevent athletes' anxiety and stress levels. For instance, athletes' agencies monitors prohibits overexploitation, and misuse of athletes' talents. 

Conclusion

The sports industry provides vast services to ensure effective gaming rules, policies, and measures are followed. Every sporting segment domain comprises enough human resource staff, agencies, and resources to ensure fair and equal sports athletics activities. The sports industry provides vast employment opportunities such as management roles to ensure the planned roles, revenues, and objectives are met. Besides, sports agencies employ employees who counter checks sporting facilities such as cleaning the gaming pitch, repairing, and maintaining sporting bikes or vehicles. Additionally, sporting agencies work closely with other industries such as the healthcare industry to protect athletes and human resource staff. Besides, the industry works with other service providers such as the fashion industry to ensure the athletes' attire meets the desired quality, such as sporting gear. All tasks available in national and private sports create unending employment opportunities.
