Strategic Human Resource Management is the practice of attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining employees for the benefit of both the employees and the organization as a whole; therefore the role of Human Resource Department is to ensure that the goals are supported by the rest of the organization. Human Resource Management is essential in every organization as it helps in ensuring that there is smooth running of the organization and in the case of any threats or weaknesses within the organization, it intercedes and ensures that the organization is well prepared to face the difficulties and overcome them. Additionally, Human Resource Management is also vital as it ensures that there is a good working condition for the employees as the performance of the workers in an organization is largely driven by the work environment and the culture that prevails the workplace. 

Human Resource is an important corporate asset when it comes to the performance of the organization as the whole organization relies on Human Resource Management(HRM); the way the human resource management is put in an organization determines whether the organization will be successful or not. HRM believes that the performance of the organization lies on its workers and that’s why the HRM aims at ensuring that employees get the best out of the organization and this is a matter of motivating the employees. Happy and satisfied employee’s means that the organization performance will improve since when employees are satisfied their working capability increases. HRM also works hard at ensuring that there is the minimization of the available resources in the organization and that through the available resources the organization can plan and achieve its goals.

A unit manager in an organization is responsible for the planning and directing the administrative services in an organization either fully or partially; the job also entails record keeping, information management, mail distribution, and ensures maintenance and planning. A unit manager makes sure that he/she plans effectively for the organization as the planning is what leads to the achieving of set goals of the business. A unit manager assists in the decision-making process as since he/she stores the information he can analyze what will or will not work out for the organization. A unit manager should be someone who is effective as he/she should ensure that all the information in the company are passed over to the required personnel or department as this ensures the smooth running of organization and delays are avoided when information is communicated effectively and on time. 

Evaluation is very vital in each organization as it drives the organization to achieve its goals; evaluation should be done thoroughly from the employee’s performance to how far the objectives have been achieved . When employees are evaluated, it is easy to ascertain how far they are satisfied and if the evaluation outcomes show that employees are not satisfied the HRM comes up with strategies and ways on how to motivate thus leading to their satisfaction. Employees are the key components in any business because if the employees are not willing to work the business ends up making losses rather than profits as workforce labor facilitates much to the organization's profits. 

Every organization should consider its employees and ensure employee satisfaction; it is the duty of the HRM to motivate employees, employees can be motivated through ways such as offering better pay to them, giving bonuses and rewards, and promoting the well-performing employees. When employees are motivated, they work hard to see the organization achieve its goals. Training is also essential and should be offered to employees as this increases their skills and knowledge; training also equips employees with new ways on how to deal with customers. When employees are trained, they offer quality services to the clients, and this helps in customer satisfaction and retaining of the old customer while attracting new ones. 

Human Resource Management should also hire experienced, and capable employees as new experienced employees will improve the organization due to their new knowledge which they might have acquired from somewhere else, and this may contribute to the upgrading of their products. Capable and experienced workers need little or no training, and thus the organization will spend less on them. HRM should also work hard to ensure that customers are satisfied, satisfied customers lead to increased company sales, thus the organization making profits. When customers are satisfied, they become daily customers, and this benefits both the organization and the customer as good relationship created between the two. HRM can ensure customer satisfaction through ways such as customer follow-ups , and ask the customer what they like, or dislike of the company’s product or what they think should be improved to meet their needs; this will help the organization in determining what their consumers like and work toward achieving them. 

Performance management should be conducted as this helps in aligning the organization's goals; performance reviews should be done consistently to maximize employee’s motivation for improved job performance. Performance management cycle includes planning, training, reviewing, and rewarding the employees. Performance management helps in determining which employees are doing their work excellently and rewarding them accordingly; this raises competition in the workforce as everyone works hard to be rewarded making the organization productive. Performance management is important as it ensures the smooth running of day to day activities and improves customer relations; all these are ensured through HRM. 

Human Resource Management plays a very vital role in each organization; HRM focuses on customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Through HRM good working conditions are ensured which makes employees comfortable when performing their duties. HRM ensures that training on employees is offered as a sign of motivation, together with rewarding and promoting the high performing employees and this creates a competitive work environment increasing the productivity of workers. Performance management and evaluation leads to a smooth running of the organization and should be applied in organizations to increase their productivity. Customers ensure continuity of business thus the HRM should work hard to ensuring that customer needs are met, and customers are satisfied as this will make the organization successful.
