Purchasing new and modern technology for use within the facility and train staff for successful implementation of the technology to improve efficiency in care provision.

Evaluate the market price for modern machines and technology.

Action Step: 

Purchase, installation, and training of staff on the use of acquired technologies.

Time- within one month.

Strategic Area of Concern 2: 

Impecunious patients who are unable to bear the rising cost of care

Strategy: 

Reduce cost of care to accommodate clients from different social and economic classes

Action Step: 

Eliminate the fee-for-service payments, link with insurance companies

Action Step: 

Evaluate the labor and non-labor expenses

Action Step: 

Empowering patients to gain more control for their health status through outpatient care rather

Coping with the different needs of a diverse demographic

Strategy: 

Training and employing care providers from different backgrounds to meet the diverse client needs.

Action Step: 

Develop care provision frameworks, train practitioners on how to implement the frameworks
