The main signs and symptoms are depressed mood, reduction in interest of activities, low appetite, insomnia, hypersomnia, agitation of psychomotor, psychomotor skills that are delayed, fatigue, worthlessness feelings, impaired concentration, and thoughts of suicide. Primarily, the depression disorder is treatable. Under this aspect, the three components used for management of depression are support, psychotherapy, and treatment through drugs.
