Prompt 1
Sustainable goal development initiative is critical in improving the living standards of humans. One of the goals in the enterprise is access to affordable and quality health care services. I feel that the plans are the way forwards for the present and future healthcare systems. Through the goals, it will be possible to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the health care system. Of most importance is the integration of the SDGs. The purposes recognize one section's actions and affect the results in another (United Nations Development Programme, 2020). From the integration, I feel there will be a balance in the environment's economy and sustainability. The initiative touches all aspects that affect us as humans. I also think that the integration in the industry will provide a solution to all problems, including hunger and humans' well-being, which are the two main issues of concern.
One way a community nurse can assist with the goals is through their professional power. An increase in a nurse's study level creates a difference between the level of performance of the ADN and BNS nurses (Huston, 2006). Health care facilities with a better environment, suitable staffing of the nurses, and high entry-level reduce medical errors by a considerable percentage. Thus, the nurses' contribution will be on improving their educational level to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the care services for better health outcomes. Also, they can assist with the SDGs through volunteering and capacity building. They will build on each other in the capacity building initiative and gain more skills through volunteering. Such is one of the strategies for educating themselves and their co-workers.

Prompt 2
If the United States and several other industrial nations allocate their resources towards fixing the problem that led to the shortage of nurses, foreign nurses' issue will reduce. Such is because they will be capitalizing on entities such as educations and training of the nurses to improve on their skills and increase the patient's outcomes. Most studies indicate a negative relationship between nurse staffing and adverse patient outcomes, exceptionally high mortality rate (Bridges et al., 2019). Countries like the United States are focusing on outsourcing foreign nurses because of the gap in staffing. There are fewer nurses in the country that can meet the demand in hospitals. Also, the entry-level for nursing in the country is very high, and very few people meet the standards. Allocation of resources towards training is a sure way to create a nursing workforce that will meet the patients' demands and will no longer have to depend on outsourcing.
The outsourcing of foreign nurses is mainly due to the shortage in the country. The developed counties, such as the United States, are exacerbating the developing countries (Huston, 2006). Such is due to nursing migration, and the shortage is cutting across all the practices. The allocation of resources towards the issue is a way of securing the nurses and preventing migration. If the country effectively allocates the help, it means that nurses will have good pay and compensations and will be willing to stay and work in their home country. Their issue of shortages will be a thing for the past, and there will be an increase in service delivery. There is a need for the government to understand that nurses' increasing demand is due to the expanding population. Hence, they should also focus on increases the number of resources that will address the nurse's issues.
