Part I 

First National Bank is the organization that will bear the loss on the blank check unless the organization is able to recover the same from Hoppy. On the other hand, Friendly Inc. will bear the loss of the forged endorsement from General Supplies Company unless it is in a position to recover the same amount from Hoppy. Both the First National Bank and Friendly Inc. should have consulted with Eagle Retail Stores and GSC in order to establish the validity of the two checks. 

Part II 

The resume is a significant document that people used to represent themselves as professionals. Having an impressive resume is important because it helps people secure interviews and also offer them an opportunity to get the job. The resume guide has helped me learn that before developing my resume I should have a clear understanding of who I am now and who I hope to become a working professional. I have also learned that I should look for a job that interests me and develop a resume based on how my experiences and education align with what the employer is seeking (Resume Guide). This has taught me that it is necessary to comprehend how each skill I have a learned I have obtained or practiced through my academic or professional career can be transferred to the position I hope to obtain. 

There are different resume formats including chronological resume and functional resume. A chronological resume is one that presents your work experience information from the most relevant (the newest) to the least relevant (the oldest) on the other hand, functional resume refers to a resume format that frames the applicants in terms of abilities and skills she/he considers to be appropriate to the job (Resume Guide). I believe that the combination of both resume formats (chronological and functional) is best suited for me because they will enable me to offer my experience information and at the same time offer skills and abilities that the employer is looking for.
