The 9/11 attack on America remains one of the seamlessly executed terror attacks in the global history. Whoever imagined that Twin towers, one of the most guarded building in the U.S. which by extension the most guarded country in the world would fall victim to terror activities. According to the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks, the plotters of the September 11th attacks were “flexible and resourceful” concerning their tactics. Their commission found out that the attacks on the Twin towers were planned not for a week or months, but for a long period spanning to years of studies and investigations to a point where the terrorists were certain that their plot would not hit any challenge at any cost.
The attackers were quite tactful in that they did not want the attack to be a surprise, but rather a shock to the nation. Bin Laden, the mastermind of the attack had given adequate indication that they had intended to hit the Americans in numbers, indiscriminately ( Cronin, 2013) . They were quite sure that the biggest number of casualties would be achieved if they attacked the capital of the States with such a building with many workers in operation on every single day.

The terrorists had also explored the weakness of the Intelligence Community. The intelligence body was struggling with putting up patches of evidence and attempting to find where the attackers would come from; they forgot that the enemy was right within them ( Meleagrou-Hitchens & Hughes, 2017) . While they were engaged with the searching in Afghanistan and Iraq, the terrorists tactfully formulated their Arsenal right within America.
The terrorists were quite resourceful and flexible with their tactics. In any case, they had back up in case the choppers failed to hit the building; the ready bombs were in place ready to explode ( Nesser, Stenersen & Oftedal, 2016) . In this case, as it happened that both went through, the tragedy was massive grabbing news headlines across the globe. The flexibility of the terrorist's plans was also evident in the way by which they penetrated the porous borders and took advantage of the never alert FBI agencies to plan the attackers ( Dyson, 2014) . The attack was well coordinated from neighboring countries like Canada and Mexico, thus making it flawless and very successful in all measures.
