In the photograph above the three men have their hands together. This helps in promoting alertness and attentive as the photograph shows. However, buying and selling a good handshake is where the hands have fully clasped together thus borrowing this principle the three men above could be speaking about some business because their hands are fully clasped together. When greeting others both genders should be treated equally.

Gestures

In the photograph above eye contact and touch uphold as cues for non- verbal expression. If the two are upholding then gestures could as well expressed where the men listening could node their head to agree to the information passed to them. However also the motion of people should match the message they are communicating to others. This makes the communication lively and easier to be followed by others like the photograph above shown the other two men are following and interested to know every bit of the conversation.

Dressing

The dressing code of the three men in the photograph above is a business causal not business careless and they convey professionalism. The three men are on smart shirts that are buttoned to the last suggesting that the meeting they are having is important and serious. A careless dressing code suggests that the meeting or discussions held are not important.

Attentive posture

The man looked at in the photograph is with his hands resting on chair arms this improves his concentration and attentiveness and because of this, the talk is interesting to appoint where the other men are slightly leaning front word to get every word from the one speaking. However, the forward-leaning could also suggest the one is speaking is talking in a low voice and that the conversation is very private and should not be heard by any other people apart from the ones that are having it.

Facial expression

Facial expression is involuntary and unconsciously expressed. The faces of the two men in the photograph are expression happiness. This could mean that their plans and events that they are planning to execute are successful and that they will benefit from them.

Giving full attention

In the photograph shown above the toes and shoulders of the men conversing are pointing to each other, this converges attentiveness cues thus creating open body language. The leaning of these men shows that they are attentive and interested in their conversation.

Conclusion

In, summary non- verbal cues in communication are important because with them the parties conversing will lose interest in their topic and from the photograph, it’s possible to tell whether parties are agreeing or not. However non- verbal cues are very important and should be studied by all people.
