Social Platforms And Business Examples 

Social media is an excellent platform to help Anjuleenoh connect with potential and loyal customers. Through social media platforms, Anjuleenoh can use different tools that different social media platforms offer to connect to the world. Therefore, the business will get an opportunity to take pictures and videos of its products and post them online. With the number of social media users growing and the platform booming due to the technology, the business is likely to make sales through the online platform. However, there are different types of social media platforms, and making the right choice will define whether the business will succeed in the market. Anjuleenoh should be ready to make the right decision regarding the type of social media platform to use and the best practice that it will put in place to ensure that it manages well its social media platform to gain its maximum advantages. 

Social Platforms 

Anjuleenoh's goal is to connect with more customers. The business aims to get to sell its brand and increase its brand awareness in the market and the world at large. Facebook is an excellent social media platform that Anjuleenoh can use to achieve its goal of brand awareness and connecting with people. Therefore, Anjuleenoh can count on Facebook to increase its connectivity and brand awareness. For all social media users, Facebook accumulates about 75% of them ( Armstrong, Delia & Giardina, 2016). Therefore, this is a good population that is right for a business struggling with the social media image such as Anjuleenoh. Besides, Facebook caters to all demographic profiles, and this means that the company can connect with people from diverse age groups while using Facebook. Lastly, Facebook has incredible marketing tools, and this is good for connectivity purposes. The devices can also allow the company to invest in its marketing with the best tools they can find in any online platform. The company can also count on Instagram. The company offers a wide range of clothing, with a high percentage being worn by women age 20-35 years. Most of these population segments use Instagram. Therefore, the organization can benefit if it can concentrate on Instagram marketing. Thus, Facebook and Instagram provide an excellent platform for Anjuleenoh to do marketing to achieve its goals.

For Facebook, the strategy is to remain consistent and monitor the trend to stay relevant. The company will develop a target market and tune its adverts to meet such a target market's needs. For both social media platforms, the following are some of the best practices that will ensure success. First, the company needs to have a regular posting of the photos and videos of its products to remain relevant and also stay closer to the customers. Also, the timing for the posts is another important area the company needs to mind. 

Facebook is an excellent platform for Anjuleenoh but will require both video and image or photo content with brief written content to explain the products to the customers. The videos should have audios and display diverse arrays of clothing selection to allow the customers to understand and find the choice they are looking for in clothing ( Iacovou, 2016).  The video content is good for the promotion and launching of new products for the company. For Instagram, posting photos will be the best content that can lead to more sales. 

While using this platform, the organization will have to adhere to the policies that each of them set. For instance, Facebook has stringent rules for adverts, which including editing the adds after it fails the review test. Also, there are specific contents that Facebook should allow. For instance, Facebook does not permit ads with discriminatory or misleading content to reach its subscribers ( Clark, Fine & Scheuer, 2017). Also, Instagram is strict about misleading deceitful adverts. Therefore, these policies are likely to change adverts' manner in an attempt to conform to them. 

Examples 

Apple Inc. is a well-known company in the technology industry. Apple is an example of a company that relies less on social media for its marketing. However, Apple has done excellent work in selling its brand through social media. Mostly, the company launches its iPhone product and other product through mainstream media shows but allows its customers to access such initiating processes on its social media accounts such as a Facebook page. Through such an idea, the company sell its brand and connect with people. 

Dove is a company that has launched several successful adverts on social media platforms. However, they add about women transforming from black women to white women after using the company's body lotion was a poor practice of social media platforms. The adverts showcase a woman who changes her black skin to a different race after using their product. Therefore, this did not communicate the brand image and thus, almost crippled the brand image. 

Finally, the company will have a plan to handle feedback from the customers. The feedback plan should include the provision of the answers promptly by the company. Meaning, it will have a manager to supervise the feedback system. Also, the program will consist of answering all questions but avoiding challenging the customers online. The best advantage of the feedback is that it helps the company understand where they go wrong and correct. Therefore, the company gets an opportunity to correct any mistake before it affects the brand image.
