As a helping professional, there are various ways that I can use to assess the impact of emotions on an individual`s behavior. One of them is lowered motivation to carry out a basic task like studying and cleaning (Tyng et al. 2017) . Certain emotions, like boredom and frustration, have an adverse effect on one`s motivation as they lower the urge and willingness to act. Another way of evaluating emotional impact is the development of unusual habits like isolation. Various emotions like sadness or fear can trigger the development of new behaviors that can be openly notable in one way or another.
Sadness is one of the emotions that I can work best with, as expressed either by an individual or a family. It is possible to avert the impact of sadness by instigating positive thoughts and perceptions regarding the primal cause of this emotion. Sadness emanates from unpleasant experiences, exhausting encounters, or from things that go contrary to one`s liking (Trampe, Quoidbach & Taquet, 2015) . With this understanding as a help professional, it is easy to come up with amicable strategies that can act as diversions from this emotion and reinstate an individual to a place of joy and happiness. It is possible to dig up the root cause of sadness since it is a common feeling that most people encounter from time to time.

Fear is one of the emotions that cause the most difficult, especially when helping someone or family. In most cases, people living in fear exhibit a deep code of disturbing feelings associated with danger and outcomes of the unknown. One thing that makes it hard to deal with fear is that it is unreasonable, thus challenging to help the reaction. The tendency of fear worsening is high, especially if the cause factor prolongs to disappear. In this case, it becomes problematic to help such a person.
