Introduction
In order for a business to be successful, it is essential for all involved stakeholders to embrace and make required changes in areas that are derailing vital procedures. As elaborated by Peter Senge (Joseph, 2018) , the incorporation and use of systems thinking which entirely focuses on the ways in which individuals interact with the rest of the organization rather than specific persons is essential. Institutes are expected to bring together each personnel’s skill, capabilities, and their shortcomings purposely to influence the structure of the organization which is the signature course for a system. On the other hand, the primary goal of the organization should be its ability to involve its personnel to engage in a culture of continuous learning that facilitates collective intelligence rather than focusing on individual’s levels of capabilities (Joseph, 2018) .
With the understanding of systems thinking, we shall analyze the changes that need to be implemented in Elyon Playschool. The Playschool was started with the purpose of targeting career women and parents who desired to impact their children’s cognitive development before joining pre-school. The ages of the children enrolled include those of one to three years. The staffs are expected to engage the children in activities that will stimulate their brains which on the other hand, enhance their ability to learn by themselves and explore preferred areas. The institute is also focused on sharpening the creativity of the children at an early age by exposing them to activities that trigger their need to emulate and try out on the lessons learnt. Furthermore, the institute is geared towards preparing them for school by engaging them in simple tasks that strengthen their feeble hands in order to be ready for activities like colouring and writing. Besides, these activities are meant to help the children familiarize with the school environment primarily to deal with the discomfort and unease that most children experience when joining a school. Moreover, the children are brought together with other children so as to help them develop their social skills like activating and improving their speech, building teamwork through games and sharing of toys. The main challenge in the organization that needs change is the fact that children are grouped according to their level of understanding, socializing and creativity (Harrison, 2013). As mentioned earlier, systems thinking facilitate the need to ensure that the entire organization practices collective intelligence as compared to focusing on individuals which in most cases contributes to the separation and bias over some stakeholders and related parties. As for the playschool, some of the outlined visions are never achieved simply because of the continuous groupings on the basis of how fast a child is or the level of creativity in them. Furthermore, the staffs are observed to concentrate and spend more time with children who according to them are smarter than the rest. It is evident that just like adults, children are empowered and possess different gifts and abilities, hence it is a challenge that requires a change when the caregivers and teachers alike are involved with specific children (Smith, 2001).

As for the major inputs that include staff members, learning materials, toys, qualified childhood development teachers and outdoor activities, it is evident that with the population of children being enrolled in Elyon, some of the key inputs are scarce. From learning materials to dedicated childhood development teachers, it is evident that the institute requires immense transformations that are significant in the essential inputs (Davies & Ledington, 1991) . The outputs are the need to empowered children who have been sharpened from their social, cognitive and physical aspects. Compared to the two parts of the system, in order for the institute to fulfil their set goals, they have to focus on the processes of transformation that play a significant role in impacting the growth and success of the organization. The target elements of change within the organization are identified to be weak and unattended to which have highly contributed to the inability of all personnel to accomplish or achieve the set mission and vision of the institute. The primary aspects of target elements of change that require to be embraced in the institute include the need for a structured schedule that directs staff members on what should be done at that time. The formulation of a schedule will aid in ensuring that those teachers that evade some activities which they find cumbersome and keep repeating preferred ones will be eliminated (Gleeson, 2018). Furthermore, implementing and strictly following a schedule will promote a balance in the activities that children are involved in which will ensure that they are sharpened and impacted all-round. On the other hand, the childhood development teachers shall be involved in regular refresher courses and training that are targeted in ensuring that they handle the children as expected and efficiently deliver their skills. It is vital that the little one is provided with exquisite learning and involvement in various relevant activities. As elaborated by Mamta Maheshwari (2017), the essentials of a playschool are to help children develop behaviours and habits at an appropriate time. Moreover, it is aimed at allowing the children to express themselves with ease and without the need to meet strict regulations or performance. Therefore, as an institute, the target elements of change intended to be implemented are focused on ensuring that the children come out empowered and with the confidence to bring out their capabilities.
Reflection Analysis
The management is ready to help in the implementation of change since they were in a position to identify some of the challenges the organization has been facing. Some of the teachers are also willing since they understand their roles and are passionate about children and their development. Besides, the organization has already set up a schedule that they believe will be of help to the improvements desired and also the arrangements for training and refresher courses are on.
Recommendations
According to Johanna Einasdottir (2016), it is critical for a playschool management to make use of the challenges faced and transform them into opportunities. Considering that some of the teachers are targeting intelligent children and those who are quick in learning, the organization will help them engage in accommodating the other children and allow them to express themselves in order to bring out their best. Moreover, teachers will also be in a position to explore the different capabilities of children which not only will impact their skills in handling children but will expound on their experiences and expertise. As for the regular training, every staff including caregivers will be involved in practical activities that will help them bring out challenging situations they have faced where everyone will be able to contribute and offer relevant advice.
Conclusion
Continuous changes within an organization can contribute to their success since it’s a clear indication that the stakeholders involved are constantly reviewing and analyzing areas that need improvement. Furthermore, the use of system thinking in an education institute like a playschool will help in igniting the mental sensory of the little ones which is essential in brain development, social impact and impacting creativity. The collaboration of every team member is vital in ensuring that desired goals are fully achieved. Moreover, the management is required to clearly state areas where changes are required and how they shall be implemented.
