A constitution defined as an established precedent that contains principles that forms the bases of governing a country. It features procedures and laws on different levels from the county sovereign to how companies managed as well as the international organization. With the growing level of business entrepreneurship, many people are setting up businesses all over the world. Setting up a business requires one to have a license from the government, which is a requirement in the constitution and outlines the reason and purpose for the company. The government, on the other hand, will give a green light if it is satisfied that the business is of benefit to society. In this case, the company must have fully met the requirements outlined in the constitution. The purpose of the constitution is to help in the regulation of illegal businesses in the country.

The constitution is still relevant today because as much it would be termed as old and irrelevance it dramatically helps in interaction. Besides, the constitution protects people’s interests and welfares from politicians who would take advantage of the public entities. The constitution is the only critical factor that can prohibit the government from undertaking activities that may put the county into jeopardy. Under the written constitution, it is the mandate of the government to ensure that it protects liberty, life, and property of the people. Besides giving people power over their right empowers individuals to have control over their duties as a citizen of a country. Again, the government can sign contracts with other countries if they both have the same interest for the nation, which boasts international ties. Hence, the constitution is relevant because of the impact it has on the governance of people. Also, because people can adjust the constitution, it allows accommodation of the factors that make it irrelevance. Therefore, the constitution is still critical for any country since it reflects on society's values.
