In the quest to exploit the potential of youths and the community as a whole, it is relatively essential to establish an organization that focuses on developing and promoting innovative practices across the intended audiences. The Dreams are Careers Organization will provide educative sessions, create awareness, and conduct youth seminars among other exercises to ensure that the youth are familiar with the methods and strategies used to reach their goals. The organization will be founded on the mission of expanding the human potential based on the creation of groundbreaking platforms for innovations. On the other hand, its vision would be to create a corporate social responsibility that enables the youth to enhance their skills through innovation and inspiration. In this regard, the company will embrace all the economic, social, cultural, and political standards while using technology to provide a substantial platform for the consumers to access its strategy and viability easily.

The company will use online platforms to reach a significant number of youths while also enrolling others in its programs through the current education system. Description 

The organization's headquarters will be opened at Beaverton, Oregon on the 10th of December 2018 and is projected to contain approximately 40 employees and over 50 volunteers. Not only will the company educate youths on their careers but it will also focus on creating a more self-employed generation rather than one which solely dwells on white collar jobs. On this note, the organization will also focus on the mitigation of the increased unemployment rates across the country, 

Industry 

The organization will be categorized under the education industry. Such a classification follows the organization's mission which is to sensitize the youth on the importance of developing their dreams and making a great career out of them. 

Customer 

Mainly, the target audience for this organization will be the youth. The organization will focus on the kid since they are the most affected individuals by the issue of determining their career paths and actualizing their dreams into reality (Heigwer, Kerr & Boutros, 2014). Nonetheless, the organization will also enroll the older citizens who are up to exploiting their maximum potential in their lives. 

Competitor Analysis 

There are various organizations aligned on the same mission as the Dreams are Careers. However, most of these organizations' strategies do not incorporate the use of online platforms to reach massive audiences. Moreover, most of the competitors focus on the working class rather than the unemployed youth hence leaving a significant untapped niche which is the young individuals. Despite these factors, the competition is bound to be relatively substantial because these organizations have established their brands in the education services industry hence creating stiff competition. 

Marketing Plan Research 

The marketing plan research will incorporate both quantitative and qualitative methods. On this note, the study will be formulated around the organization's objectives, target audience, and deliverable outcomes such as the reduced number of unemployed youths across the state of Oregon (Babin & Zikmund, 2015). Besides, the plan will also be limited to a budget of approximately $250,000. The time frame required for this organization to run substantially is 12 to 18 months. Finally, all the ethical considerations revolving around such educational services will be adhered to as well as the own government regulations. 

Primary and Secondary Research 

The fundamental research will be used to promote efficiency considering the tight budget and significant goals for the organization. This will include observations, interviews, and surveys (Sekaran & Bougie, 2016). Such a kind of research will respond to the effectiveness of the organization to the society. The organization will also engage in other community development works that generate income to ensure that the child is occupied are not left to the streets to abuse drugs and engage in other malpractices of the modern society.

Across the state of Oregon and the US as a whole, the rates of unemployment affecting the youth are significantly high and increasing over the years. Such alarming statistics call for more effective interventions such as educating the youth on how to reach their dreams and create a career of their own through becoming more innovative. Amidst the other organizations offering similar services, the Dreams are Careers organization will be focused on building a more self-employment oriented community which maximizes the individuals' potential based on their skills, abilities, interests, and talents. Therefore, the organization aims at improving the living standards of the American citizens as the most important long-term goal.

Furthermore, researchers will be able to determine the credibility of this organization by looking at the government registered companies for education services. The organization will also focus on promoting its brand across a vast array of geographical locations hence increasing its authenticity across the members of the public. With a team of 40 employees and over 50 volunteers, the organization aims at producing various programs that will reach the youth in significant numbers to ensure that they are positively-oriented towards achieving their goals in life while creating numerous opportunities for others. Not only will the organization focus on decreasing the high rates of unemployment but it will also preach hope to the youth and encourage them to develop a positive attitude towards life.
