One of the workplace issues that can be related to the major factors of organizational behavior is the unethical practices. According to Aquino et al. (2009), activities that are not ethical are critical since they determine the performance and the future of an entity. One of the major unethical concern among the various stakeholders of a company is the misappropriation of funds. In the year 2013, the United States Chamber of Commerce found that the theft perpetrated by the employees amounts to $40 billion on an annual basis (United States Chamber of Commerce, 2013). Notably, the amount that is embezzled by the employees is more than the cost of crimes that takes place in the streets (United States Chamber of Commerce, 2013).
One of the principles that have been addressed in the article is the social theory that deals with the human behavior (Aquino et al., 2009). The factors linked to the increased unethical practices in entities include the context of the companies, moral issues, and the characteristics of individuals. Therefore, it is the role of the leaders to ensure that the above factors are identified to address the ethical issues successfully.

The three organization behavior’s concepts that are applicable to the article are individual differences, leadership style, and the entity’s environment. The leadership trait adopted by the managers is vital towards ending the unethical practices. The organization’s environment determines the laws present within a company and that would deter employees from engaging in unacceptable practices. Additionally, while dealing with the issue of ethics, its important for the leader to understand that the staff are different in their needs and wants.
One of the important points to learn is that a leader should act as a role model in upholding morality in all business practices.
