A great deal of the suffering that people experience and much of man's inhumanity to man are explained by this description of the fall of human nature” In reference to this statement it is important note that human nature is characterized by rationality, morality , love and consciousness among others. Such features carry a great meaning because when they stop being manifested then human nature will be affected. In looking at the creation story sin came to the world because of the fall of mad after disobeying God and eating form the forbidden tree. Human beings fell into sin because they are rational and they do things that are normal for instance desiring something good. It is the state of human nature that made them to desire the fruit in from the tree of life and making them to fall into sin.
The fall relates to tragedies such as the 9/11 terror attack and the 2004 Tsunami because one of the consequences was that evil began to enter the world and the attack is one of the evils that are expected to happen as a result of being condemned. People attack one another causing deaths of several people. Similarly, after the fall death came to the world and this is the reason why tragedies take place and people die, for instance in the Tsunami as well as other tragedies. The fall is related to the tragedies taking place in the world because sin made human beings to bear the consequences of disobedience. People became selfish and only considered that which benefits them alone and not others. the world because evil and as a result suffering became part of life.
