When it comes to change, man has from time seen the better part of it, from his transportation, communications to how he relates to his fellow human. Through time, criminal and justice sections of society have been subject to change with every passing generation altering how the future civilizations will be governed and ruled, hence this paper bring forth some of the historical factors that affected the six nations into altering the criminal law and criminal justice departments.

The U.S must have had countless events that prompted adjustment of the justice and criminal systems; this, for instance, was seen the end of 17 th century as the American Revolution came to an end. This brought about changes such as right and freedom that was not there in their previous colonial days. Russia soviet period also played a significant role in the modern day systems they employ. London has seen many great events over history that has paved the way for new and improved methods into how investigations were to how they are carried out in modern day society. The first blood-splattered knife was used in a court in London’s trial paving way for adjustment to how things were to be done. In china most the laws and practice might be expected to be different from the western methods, apparently, it’s quite the opposite them very much the same. The communist era saw much change into the constitution and laws. The national congress took it into action by 1979 to restore the judicial system. Through this china showed its citizen that all its citizens were equal.

In conclusion, the Australia court systems were approved and in play even before the Second World War, but it become very overwhelmed after the war end and everything resumed to normal. A sudden need for more courts arose as people took to the system to settle their disputes and the amended for more courts to be put in place.
