Question 1

Politics and law are intertwined as the law is a crucial prize in the political struggles, and it shapes how the politics of any country are conducted (John, 2018). The government influences society by using law as the law is how any government is structured upon, controlled, and regulated. Therefore it is not possible to separate politics from the law.

Question 1b

The future of the federal judiciary under President Biden will be a new face of the federal judiciary as Biden will rebalance the judiciary by shifting the party-of-appointing president composition in the courts of appeal balance (Bonica & Sen, 2021). Criminal justice and civil rights are bound to be affected by this shift as some of their leaders can be replaced.

Question 2

Yes. Gideon was selfless and was considered a friend of the people as he was willing to do anything to defend his people and the society. He did not put his life before others and was always a passionate and considerate leader seeking care for the people (“Who Was Publius-The Real Guy”). He was always considered a representation of the society, and he did not consider himself superior to the other.

Question 3

Sometimes it can be difficult to make that important decision on what can be done at any given time for fear of the unknown. There is always a way of selecting what can be done at any given time. If one is not sure about it, they can seek advice or guidance from the experts or their family and friends, and if not, they can go ahead and do it, and if it turns out differently, they should consider it as a learning experience (Sliwa, 2017).

Question 4

To those who seek to pursue the legal field, it is important to know that this is a very lucrative field, and one needs to be confident and able to make wise decisions (Henderson, 2018). They should also be creative when it comes to problem-solving, and they should have great negotiation and analytical skills. Above all, be aware of the different responsibilities that await you in the future.
