Moreover, it is crucial to ensure that the workplace culture is one that empowers nurses and reinforces EBP for it to be implemented easily. In addition to that, there is need for nursing managers to determine on regular basis the manner in which patient outcome is improved through the integration of evidence-based practice. The three factors are facilitators of nursing practice that is based on evidence if they get administered within the healthcare facilities. With this in place, nurses get empowered and focus on creating change in the nursing practice which is supported by evidence that is relevant.
