Introduction
Enterprise Holdings has managed to compete with some of its competitors such as Hertz and Avis through its hiring strategies. For the last ten years, the company has managed to raise its workforce to over 30% which is 54,000 employees and also doubling its fleet cars. The company has a management training program through which it hires at 6,000 least college graduates annually. This is used as a staffing strategy to staff their increasing offices. Enterprise uses an online hiring game that makes it unique from its competitors. The game which is known as "Give me the business" provides people with a platform to experience the challenges that customer service business goes through. Another hiring strategy used was Personal Enterprise on MTV whereby candidates were asked a question and three out of four were hired. They also used employee referrals whereby an employee received incentives of between $500 and $1500 if they referred someone and they get hired.
Question 1. Importance of multiple recruiting means to Enterprise brand
The multiple recruiting strategies have helped Enterprise to be very competitive and even perform better compared to some of its competitors. All this is because the strategies have helped the Enterprise establish its brand to its clients. Having multiple hiring methods gives employees and clients’ variety of options to choose from (Steckerl, 2016) . For instance, the three most used means of hiring helps a candidate to go for the one they prefer most and the one they feel comfortable with. All the three strategies attracted more clients because they are interesting. For instance, one can decide to go for the MTV show if they are confident and prepared for the questions. The good thing about this show is that three out of four candidates are offered a job. Those who pass the test refer other people thus the show attracted more people (Phoraris, 2016) .

The referral strategy has also contributed to establishing the Enterprise brand because it’s played a bigger role in attracting more clients. Employees who do successful referrals are rewarded bonuses which a motivation for one to make more referrals. This is the best strategy that’s used by most of the employees since they also get permanent jobs from the referrals. It’s easier to be convinced by someone who already works for the enterprise than an advertisement o the television and this has helped the Enterprise establish its brand (Steckerl, 2016) . In my opinion as a consultant, the firm is doing well and from studying the firm I didn't find any issues of concern that need to be changed.
Question 2. Commend on the Enterprise website
Some of the departments with employment opportunities are IT, sales, customer service, accounting & finance, and corporate & administrative. In my opinion, the Enterprise website is reliable and one well developed. For instance the “Give me the Business” game has become very popular and its always available for clients (" Jobs and Careers at Enterprise", 2018) . Apart from being used as a hiring strategy, it's also used as a virtual marketing means. The web contents and the graphics displayed are very unique making it of high quality and effective.

In conclusion, Enterprise Holdings is one of the best performing firms that can be emulated by startups. The enterprise is doing well and its hiring strategies are the best. All the three strategies are good and it should hold on to them for it to achieve a better competitive advantage.
