The book discusses the managerial influence for the development of invention in the aviation industry. The author explains managers' requirements in the industry to keep a foothold in the current world of change. According to the article, space and aviation industries require qualified personnel with all skills to analyze the industries' history and performance to achieve the set goals with maximum resources and asset utilization (Rodwell et al., 2015, p. 168). In relation to the chapter, the article, Aviation Week and Space Technology provide modernized knowledge in the industry for the invention of Archer's eVTOL airbus, which is designed to reduce urban mobility congestion (Warwick, 2021, p. 16). Both the book and article examine the challenges resulting from rapid changes in the world and how these issues can be solved.

Considering the invention of Archer's eVTOL, I can predict that the aviation industry will take over the cities mobility process. Evidently, cities are growing taller and more compact every day. The compactness of the cities will further increase traffic jams in the cities. Furthermore, extremely tall building structures are constructed with every form of business, eliminating the need to move to the ground. Therefore, people will find it easy to take air flights to move from one flat to another rather than ordinary taxis. As a result, the eVTOL air taxi's invention is a sign of city removal of ground buses.
