I would be able to maintain rapport and check relational alignment in order to support forward progress by working towards building confidence on the part of Brody. I believe that it would be essential for me to learn the character of Brody form multiple perspectives, which would be of value towards building on the relationship that I create with him. Maintain rapport would mean that I would seek to build on the trust that I develop with Brody taking into account the challenges that he is facing in terms of his lack of confidence.
