All the communities have a set of moral rules regulating the sexual behavior. People have different views on the issue of sexual behavior in the society where some regard it as a standard norm while others view it as sacred and something worth sacrificing for in all circumstances. This led to various scholars exploring the issue of sexuality and sexual behavior and came up with multiple ideologies concerning the matter. According to McGinn, there various limitations regarding the human sexual conduct in the society. The categories involve the issue of the issues of sexual harassment and the molesting of children and the underage sexually. 

The limitations are put forward in a way that children and the minor are protected from extreme sexual harassment and molesting from other individuals in the sense that any individual involved in such issues with a small will face the criminal charges and charged through the defined channel of the community. Children and the minors are categorically protected from such illegal activities with the law to set and bring sanity in the community and to ensure their rights and freedoms as children are respected.

There is also a limitation on the side of the adults on their sexual behavior whose main purpose is to foresee sanity in the community. Adults are to respect each other’s' position, and anyone should not go against the will. If anyone goes against the will then it will be regarded as a criminal offense and perpetrator will face the criminal charges as required. The limitations aim is to trigger a situation where only two willing individuals upon agreement are to participate in the various sexual behaviors as per their demands. There are also limitations that are realized in the sexual practice of human beings to foster forward the notion of normal sex among the people of the community.
