The concept capitalizes on creating an implicit psychological contract that exists between the employer and the employees intending to enhance interactions. The concept purposes of reminding the public managers to consider the individual will of the employers in a bid to provide a platform for improving individual performance. The final implication held by the theory focuses on moral leadership, which is an important aspect that helps in creating a positive impact on an organization. The moral leadership concept maintains that the public entities focus on the accomplishment of the societal purposes of maintaining ethical consideration. As part of the ethical leadership, the chapter addresses management as a vital aspect that helps in exercising moral leadership in any given organization. The author maintains that using moral guidance in an organization requires the managers to focus on understanding the values and purposes of an organization. The analysis of the theory through different perspectives is necessary as it helps in providing a clear image of the natural systems perspective. Although the chapter offers a comprehensive examination, there is a critical section that portrays how the critics viewed the theory. In the criticism section, there are different aspects mentioned, such as managerialism, which is an aspect used by the critics concerning addressing the systems theory.
