The profession of nursing has made a vast transformation with multiple models of care delivery under initiation. As nurses, it is a requirement to adjust the new reforms to meet the healthcare demands that are ever changing. The roles of the nurse have received expansions, needing additional know-how. Nurses adjoin the part of the healthcare team and are broadly in recognition for their roles of care. Consequently, some of the changes have been put into the debate in some of the areas of the states. Several stakeholders make emphasis on the need to make supervision of the roles by nurses, hence a limit to the practice scope. Advanced technology has made nurses to attain skills that are added to make adjustments to the upcoming world of technology ( Pittman et al., 2015). With that, it is prudent to mention that the colleagues conquered that the diverse groups can affect the aspect of sustainable development in relation to the sector of healthcare. The setting of goals that are clear is part of the improvement of the health sector by the professional nurses’ potential. One of the colleagues asserted that it requires the involvement of the stakeholders in the representation of several areas for the building up of a blueprint action that is appropriate. Furthermore, as per their feedbacks, the colleagues hold the potential together with the strategies of innovation for the mitigation of various health issues that are highly serious. This comes along with the improvement of the situation in existence of the system of healthcare. On the other hand, multiple challenges are an accompaniment to the roles of the nurses, which have a relationship to the demographic obstacles, and other barriers that can be a hindrance to the approval of the potential of the nurses ( Pittman et al., 2015). Altogether, the colleagues expect the issue of the ratio of nurse to the patient that is low to be resolved and the resolution to be implemented. The ACO is always on the objective to prioritize the issues that are faced by the nurses in roles.
With the primary challenges, the nurses are aware of the decision-related to the life and death of a care seeker in the professions of health. At that point, it is ethical as well as the viewpoint of the practical. The colleagues had a common argument that there is lack of the professional nurses’ potential. Multiple healthcare organizations have less number of professional for the provision of services that are enhanced. On the same note, the inadequacy of better partnerships to exist between the organizations of the health care is approaching to be a barrier to the operation of health cares in the nation. As per the nurses’ feedback, the aspect of Continuum can assist the nurses in the face of challenges related to the users of the services, demand for the healthcare service that is enhanced, and the healthcare settings complexity.
With the health information systems, the nurses can make use of the integrated system of collecting information on those seeking services for the provision of quality services that are optimum at low cost. The process is for the collection of integrated information of the users of service according to their various aspects of lifestyle. When it comes to disease management program events, the nursing colleagues place the program events of the disease management to be highly essential for the measurement of the limit of the health issues that are serious ( IOM Future of Nursing Report, 2016) . With the colleagues offered that the way to mitigate the health problems will be easier for the one taking the nursing initiative.
