Strategic implementation is critical in a worldwide, complex, and dynamic industry for an organization to achieve competitive merit over its competitors and become the industry platoon leader. Strategic communication tends to be a pillar of one of the approaches to preparing an organization for an ultra-competitive reality (Pereira et al, 2019). However, companies face many barriers to implementation. In a dynamic world, there are obstacles such as psychological and perception misunderstandings. As a result of the organization's complexity, and strategic communication implementation failed in my organization.
Psychological obstacles were one of the factors that contributed to the failure. Understanding each other's mental abilities is critical in the implementation process. When someone communicates with another person or people with an unwilling attitude, the contact procedure would be ineffective (Kapur, 2018). Since the company is so complex, it was not easy to comprehend each employee's psychological attitude. In this scenario, it would look that the communicators' attitude is inappropriate for making the communication process efficient. As a result of the psychological obstacles, it was challenging to implement the proposed strategy.

It is critical to consider different interpretations of a situation, a question, or a problem when interacting based on strategic communication implementation. There are different levels of perceptions during communication concerning a specific topic, situation, crisis, issue, situation, or concept. When a boss is in control, A lack of awareness of various levels of perception could be a stumbling block (Dulek & Campbell 2015). It is critical to obtain an accurate perception that refers to the message about evidence, knowledge, data, actuality, and what is authentic to enforce successful communication. It is critical to be responsive, versatile, and straightforward when interacting. My organization's strategic communication strategy failed because of different levels of understanding among employees due to the ambiguity of its existence.
Finally, because of the vast number of employees, complex related companies suffer communication failures. Psychological barriers lead to these failures and misunderstandings of the interpretation of a problem. Before passing out strategic communication in a dynamic setting, I suggest that. Senior executives must quickly grasp employees' psychological situations as well as their perceptions of the problem.
