The RFI request from the Department of Homeland Security is not clear, and it results in more questions and a need for specification. The Official should have been more specific with the type of content they required, for example, evidence from a specific terror attack or documents containing ISIS's organizational structure. I understand that the DHS needs this information to plan a counterterrorism strategy as there has been a rumor of a possible terror attack by ISIS. It is mandatory to obtain intelligence that confirms these threats (rfi, 2020 ).
I will identify the intelligence requested by going through the history files of ISIS and establishing the level of command and leverage they have over the United States. I would also observe their past attack patterns to provide adequate information on ongoing operations and possible attacks. This information is not unique to only ISIS and can be used to plan counterterrorism strategies against other terrorist groups. The threat expressed in the RFI is posed against the American citizens within the United States because it indicates that the terrorist suspects are within the US.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.

This RFI from the Department of Homeland security is clear enough. The officer has specified the information needed to plan a counterterrorism strategy against Hezbollah; that is, their alliances, funding organizations, traffic flow, cyber intelligence, and political links. I understand that the DHS needs this intelligence information to plan a counterterrorism strategy to prevent an attack by Hezbollah on the United States military camp in Israel. This attack is a response of the attack of Hezbollah terrorists in Syria by Israel, which killed many of them by firing anti-tank missiles at the IDF vehicles (Faxx, 2020). As a result, the Hezbollah leader swore revenge by attacking Israel and their allies, and the US is one of them.
I will identify this intelligence requested by studying Hezbollah's former attacks' history to identify their movements. This information is unique to Hezbollah as it provides only specific information about the group; it cannot be used against other terror groups. This specific Hezbollah threat is posed against American citizens living abroad, in this case, Israel.
