The process is associated with positive adaptation during and after a significant adversity and stress copying ability to recover and grow after a stressful event. There are problem-focused strategies meant to deal with stress sources through structural problems solving strategies, decision making, and social support seeking behavior to direct action. Police officers need to be trained about mental health alongside the need to identify critical situations early, which appears to be an essential possibility to deal with police officers' stressors, which is essential to produce actual results in their lives. Structural equation modeling is applied to explore the relationship between the latent constructs, such as organizational stress, work-related burnout, and operational stress. Police officers perceive occupational-related factors to be stressful and are associated with increasing levels of burnout. Through the use of the model, there is a need for internal policy reform. This will improve police officers' wellbeing and the quality of service delivery. When developing the structural-problem solving plan, there are several steps that need to be followed. The first step is problem identification by breaking down the problem to tackle each part at a time. The second step is to brainstorm and find the best support. The third step is to identify each solution's pros and cons to get an idea of the best solution. The fourth step is to select the best solution by prioritizing them to arrive at the most doable. The final step is to implement the plan of action and conduct a review to ensure that the plan works well as intended.
