Summary of My Learning
Personally, the strategy that is most preferable for learning is the multimodal strategy that covers a combination of different topics. These topics include are aural approaches, visual approaches, and kinesthetic approaches and finally read or write approaches. A proper discussion of the kinesthetic strategy is provided in this essay as well as the impact it has on the nurses and patients. These various aspects of learning includes senses, examples, trial, errors, cases as well as practical exercises are the ones involved in the kinesthetic approach of learning. This simply means that real examples and life experiences are the ones used in this method ( Bolt, 2014) .
Comparison of My Preferred Learning Strategies to the Identified Strategies
Starting with the kinesthetic mode of learning which in this case my preferred strategy is, a comparison is laid out to determine the best method. When compared to the outstanding method of learning which uses visuals only, the kinesthetic mode of learning follows the application of all their senses such as taste, hearing, sight, touch and smell, ( Aldosari, Aljabaa, Al-Sehaibany, & Albarakati, 2017) . However, the visual method is the one that is still dominating the nursing world. This means that the nurses need to reduce their notes into short points that are relevant to have a learnable package. The teachers need to use visual examples to help the students get a clear image of whatever is being taught ( Othman, & Amiruddin, 2010) .

How Awareness of Individual Learning Styles, Preferences and Strategies Influence Teaching for Nurses and their Patients
The number one way in which the nurses, as well as the patients, are influenced is through making more effective in terms of choosing the learning styles that will help them achieve effective learning. This will not only improve their learning strategies but also increase their knowledge regarding the best mode of learning ( Aldosari, Aljabaa, Al-Sehaibany, & Albarakati, 2017) . The nurses will also be able to improve their services, as well as their systems hence, provide quality and safe services to their patients ( Bolt, 2014) . When the nurses are well educated, the health of the patients will also improve especially the ones with critical conditions since the nurses will have the knowledge to take care of them.
