The nursing profession is a globally popular course that has attracted plenty of interest among the many practioners. There are several tenets f being human and its typical living. The theory of human being is pegged on then principles of proper relationship and care for each other. The moral ethics of the theory of human being is founded on love, care and protection for others. These tenets of human being calls upon humans to look out for each other and to moral protection of human dignity and care ( Smith & Parker, 2015) . The tenets of human beings are also built on the multiple ways of knowing. In essence, the humans are knowing creatures that are most interested in finding out the personal, spiritual and the ethical intuitive ( Joel, 2017) . It also involves caring and inclusions with the expansive care for not just oneself but for the general public.
The connections with the core tenets of human beings are intertwined. The nursing aspect of human theory is based on the future of the nursing profession. The nursing theory is pegged on the principles of the assistance to the society. The nursing practices, as discussed by the Marlaine Smith are that there is universal care and nursing practices. In accordance with the nursing practices, there is much more to improve on in my career as a nurse. I will enhance the practices and the pegged on the principle of the cultural group and social responsibilities. The tenets of human beings and practices are allowed to stand on the promotion of the multiple ways of knowing. I will advance my knowledge in transparent caring and relationship ( Rizzo, 2007) . The inner harmony that comes when pursuing the nursing career. Nursing career is relevant to religious perspective to the common practices of the conceptual models ( Westrick, 2013) . I will use the religious standing to understanding to advance my nursing practices in my career.
